Delivery and returns policy
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from the ArtToWellness.com Online Shop. Please print a copy of these page for your future reference. 

 
Our contract
 
If you place an order online to purchase a product from ArtToWellness.com we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we deliver the product to you. Any products on the same order which we have not delivered to you do not form part of that contract. 

 
Description of the Goods
 
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions. 

 
Availability
 
The supply of goods from this website is subject to availability and it is not always possible for us to inform you at the time you place your order whether the goods you want are still available for purchase. In the case of this happening a carefully selected alternative may be sent or a refund may be given. 


Delivery
 
Orders delivered might be charged at variable prices depending of region and delivery method chosen. The detailed information about delivery charges and terms will be available during order checkout and will be included to confirming receipt of your order sent to you by e-mail. We reserve the right to make additional delivery charges should the order placed cost significantly more to deliver than the standard charges. In this instance on receiving the order, we will contact you to advise of any additional charges, at which point you will have the option to accept the additional charge and proceed with the order, reduce the size of your order or cancel it. All orders will be dispatched within 14 days of receiving your payment. Special delivery options may be available. Please note that delivery is by third-party carrier, therefore we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal system. If your goods fail to arrive, please contact us.We cannot issue a refund where goods are lost by third parties. 


Cancellation and Returns
 
We offer a 14 day no quibbles returns policy which begins from the date you received the goods. All unwanted goods should be returned in a resaleable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights. Once the returned item(s) have been received by us, if the item(s) is in a resellable condition, you will be contacted and offered the choice of a replacement or refund. If you opt to receive a refund, we will refund the value of the goods, plus the amount you paid in postage and packaging to have the goods delivered to you. Refund will be transferred in 30 days.
